The flavours of Spain arrive in Liverpool this April.
Saturday 10 April (11am to 8pm)
Sunday 11 April (11am to 6pm)


The festival will take place in Williamson Square in the heart of the city centre. Supported by the Spanish Tourist Office, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com and the Daily Telegraph, there will be various Spanish regions taking part.

Spanish Tourist Office. Offering wine tastings with the live rock & pop music of Walden Uno. Also for footie fans there will be two football simulators designed to enable visitors to test the aim and speed of their shot. And, to show how it’s really done, will be John Farnworth, crowned the World Freestyle Champion, performing football tricks on both days.

Andalucía. Regional sherry tastings and live music and dance from Peña de Camarón de la Isla flamenco band.

Lanzarote & Fuerteventura. Enjoy surf on a simulator.

Galicia. Live Celtic fusion music from ISGA Collective, traditional food and liqueur tasting.

Region of Valencia. Will be providing the classic giant paella for more than 1,000 people - cooked on the spot. Also, train and ride top thoroughbreds with the Valencia City racing horse simulator.

Madrid. A selection of the Spanish capital’s cheeses, olives and wines.

PortAventura & Salou. Olive oil and wine tastings and the theme park mascot Woody Woodpecker.

Jet2.com & Jet2holidays.com. Will be giving away a total of 10-return flights across the weekend, competitions to win holidays and special offers for bookings made that weekend.
